Immigration counsel before USCIS

I have been practicing administrative law before federal agencies such as the United States Patent and Trademark Office for over twenty years and the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services for five years. I attended the University of Maryland, College Park and received a Bachelors Degree in Biochemistry, the University of Southern California and received a Masters Degree in Biochemistry, and the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and received a Juris Doctor degree. I am admitted to the State Bar of New York.

The office works in Mandarin, with capability in Japanese and Korean, and I have long-standing connections to the Asian communities of Southern California.

Most petitions are decided on the record, not on argument. The work that matters happens before filing — identifying what an officer will question, and building the evidence to answer it in advance.
