    My practice covers U.S. immigration before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and intellectual property before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). In immigration, I handle family-based green cards, employment visas including EB-1, National Interest Waiver and H-1B petitions, EB-5 investor visas and naturalization. In intellectual property, I handle trademark search, registration, office action responses and maintenance, and advise life sciences companies on patents, including freedom-to-operate and patentability opinions, due diligence, inter partes reviews and patent prosecution. I also help Chinese companies protect their brands and technology in the United States, and the office works in Mandarin.

    我的业务涵盖向美国公民及移民服务局（USCIS）办理的移民事务，以及向美国专利商标局（USPTO）办理的知识产权事务。移民方面，我办理亲属移民绿卡、职业移民（包括 EB-1、国家利益豁免 NIW 和 H-1B）、EB-5 投资移民以及入籍申请。知识产权方面，我提供商标检索、注册、审查意见答复和维护服务，并为生命科学企业提供专利咨询，包括自由实施（FTO）与可专利性意见、尽职调查、多方复审（IPR）以及专利申请。我也协助中国企业在美国保护其品牌和技术，并提供普通话服务。

    I have technical expertise in both large molecules and small molecules, including antibodies, CAR-Ts, vaccines, peptides, nucleic acid-based therapies, and small molecule enzyme inhibitors.  I also have technical expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.  I have filed over 200 patent applications and prosecuted several hundreds of patent families world-wide covering compositions of matter, process development, and drug formulations.

    Representative matters include prosecuting patent families from early-stage drug candidates through to commercial launch, for a marketed pneumococcal conjugate vaccine and for two marketed beta-lactam antibiotics. I led patent due diligence for a $900 million acquisition involving a novel antibody platform, and for a $100 million strategic collaboration involving mRNA vaccines. I have supported inter partes review proceedings connected to a vaccine product launch, and provided litigation support in a small molecule antibiotic matter.

    代表性案例包括：为一款已上市的肺炎球菌结合疫苗和两款已上市的 β-内酰胺类抗生素，从早期候选药物阶段直至商业化上市，全程办理专利族申请；主导一项涉及新型抗体平台的 9 亿美元收购案，以及一项涉及 mRNA 疫苗的 1 亿美元战略合作的专利尽职调查；支持与一款疫苗产品上市相关的多方复审程序，并在一起小分子抗生素案件中提供诉讼支持。

    I graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and the University of Southern California with a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Biochemistry.  I hold a bar license in New York and am a Registered Patent Attorney before the USPTO.
